Se rechazó por improcedente la solicitud elevada por el accionante en memorial del 16 de junio en relación con el expediente de tutela T-267.061 y reiterar al peticionario que ha de estarse a lo resuelto por esta Corporación en autos del 2 y 16 de febrero, 7,14 y 24 de marzo, 4 y 17 de mayo de 2000.
Es claro, que existiendo pronunciamientos anteriores, no es procedente reabrir una controversia sobre las múltiples solicitudes que en diversas oportunidades han sido formuladas por el ciudadano de la referencia en relación con el mencionado proceso, solamente porque el peticionario discrepa de las consideraciones y decisiones que la Corte Constitucional ha adoptado en ocasiones anteriores sobre sus distintas solicitudes.
